| Drip Irrigation in Vegetable Garden |
Sunny, hot, and no rain. We have been experiencing a weather pattern that is not ideal for anything newly planted. At the Arboretum, once a plant is established it is left to grow on its own. However, the containers, vegetable garden, herb garden, and all new plants have to be watered. We use drip irrigation and watering cans filled from our rain barrels, cisterns, and spigots.
