HERB SPIRAL

Our Herb Spiral has begun to fill in.
These were planted in the spiral:
*Oregano, ‘Aureum Gold’, Origanum vulgare
*Vietnamese Cilantro, Persicaria odorato
*Catmint, Nepeta mussinil
* Hyssop, Hyssopus officinalis
*Winter Savory, Satureja montana
*Wooly thyme, Thymus pseudolahuginosus
*Golden thyme, Thymus vulgarismo
*Curry plant, Helichrysum italicum

Around the spiral, these were planted:

Chamomile
Lambs’ ears, Stachys byzantine
Green Santolina, Santolina rosmarinifolia
Sweet marjoram, origanum majorana
Texas sage, Salvia de Texas
Nicotiana, ‘Perfume White’ and multi-colored

FRIENDS OF THE PITT COUNTY ARBORETUM

To help support and expand our beautiful Arboretum and to strengthen our teaching, demonstration, and outreach programs, become a Friend of the Arboretum. Started in 2002, the nonprofit Friends organization plays a critical role in preserving and perpetuating an important local cultural resource. The Arboretum depends on memberships and gifts for our operating expenses. Friends enjoy many benefits including early admittance to our annual plant sale, discount ticket price for our January Speaker Event, access to our horticultural library, and discounts at local gardening shops.
